It’s a great idea! Let’s do this together. Who is with me?!!

WHY:

I created the ‘HAPPY JAR’, ‘LOVE JAR’, ‘365 JAR’ and other CExperiences projects to give back to the community, support charity and help families, couples and singles to build a loving deeply connected relationship with themselves and with their loved ones so that they can create a life changing experience and live a fulfilling life with love, passion, joy and gratitude.

I also support Beyond Blue and the Black Dog Institute non-profit organisation to help address depression, suicide, self-harm, anxiety, and other mental health and wellness related issues.

WHAT DO WE HAVE FOR YOU:

#1. ‘HAPPY JAR’

(A) Who are they for?

It is for those who want to have a fresh new perspective and positive energy on life. By simply noticing the small positives that occur each and every day, you send a message to your brain to tell it to take note! The more you do this, the more your brain will begin to see the positive side of any situation first. In fact, it will start to actively look for the positives.

(B) How it works?

• Each day add a note using the colour listed below.
• Write down the date, fold it and pop it into the jar.
• When you are feeling crappy, simply take a note out of this jar to read.
• Remember: When you love what you have, you have everything you need!

#2. ‘LOVE JAR’

(A) Who are they for?

It is for those who want to build a loving deeply connected relationship with their partner, with their significant one or with themselves by using this simple but powerful gratitude practice.

(B) How it works?

• Within this jar, you will find personalised notes, from ‘me’ to ‘you’.
• They are colour coded to the themes below.
• Every morning, choose a note out of this jar to read.
• My hope is that this will start your day with the reminder that you are loved so very much.

#3. ‘365 JAR’

(A) Who are they for?

It is for those truly committed to getting real about where you are right NOW, deciding where you most WANT to be and letting go of the things holding you BACK as you start to create a NEW YEAR, NEW EXPERIENCE and NEW LIFE that taps into your passion, purpose and potential!

(B) How it works:

• On the 1^st Jan, start the year with an empty jar.
• Each day add a note using the colour listed below.
• Write down the date, fold it and pop it into the jar.
• On the 31^st Dec New Year’s Eve, empty the jar and read about the amazing year you had!
